Every AVAY question goes to one address, read by the people who build it. There is no ticket queue and no bot in front of it.
Email contact@avay.ai. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead — and if it was in a meeting, roughly when, so the right logs can be found. We answer within one working day.
The guide covers how meetings, notes and Memory work, what the AI participant does with what it hears, and how to turn transcription off. Two things account for most of what people ask:
Plans, invoices and cancellation are on the account page; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your account is on that same page, under "Delete account" — it happens immediately, there is nothing to request and nobody to wait for, and you do not need a plan to reach it. What it covers is set out in the privacy policy. If you cannot reach the page at all, email the address above and we will do it for you.
