One subscription for the meeting and the AI in it
AVAY is the video call and the note-taker in one product, so what you pay here replaces a conferencing seat plus a transcription subscription rather than adding to them. Only the person holding the meeting pays — everyone they invite joins from a link, in a browser, with no account.

There is no free plan, and the reason is on the record: the expensive parts of this product are model calls and storage, and a free tier gives both away to people who have never been asked for a card. Every plan above is priced above what its own ceiling can cost to serve.
Bought on top of a plan, monthly, and cancellable on their own.
One more person on your Team plan.
More room for cloud recordings.
Everyone reads the meeting in their own language.
Up to 500 people in one meeting.
No. Every plan is paid. The parts of this product that cost real money to run are model calls and storage, and a free tier hands both to people who have never been asked for a card — so instead the cheapest plan is priced above what its own ceiling can cost, and it is a whole product rather than a crippled one.
No. A participant joins from the link in a browser with no account and no download. The subscription is for the person holding the meetings, not for the room.
One piece of work the model does for you: a refresh of the live notes, an answer to a question asked out loud, a catch-up brief, a search across past meetings. Ordinary transcription is not an action — the count is about the thinking, not the listening.
The meeting keeps running and keeps being transcribed. The AI stops doing new work until the month turns over or you top up, rather than the call stopping.
Yes, at any time, and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Your meetings and notes stay readable and exportable while the subscription is active — export before you cancel if you want to keep them.
It replaces it. The meeting happens in AVAY and the transcription happens inside the same product, so there is no bot to admit and no second subscription. The trade is the other direction: AVAY cannot transcribe a call somebody else is hosting in Zoom, Teams or Meet.
