Sign in from the person icon at the bottom of the left bar. The same button becomes your account menu once you are signed in, with sign out inside it.
AVAY records the words that are spoken, once transcription is on. It does not record video or audio. Chat is kept with the meeting. Nothing is written down before you turn transcription on.
