Sharing your screen

Showing a document, a slide deck, or anything else on your computer.

1. Select Share screen under the video.
2. Your computer asks what to share: a whole screen, a single window, or one browser tab. Choose one and confirm.
3. Everyone in the meeting now sees it in place of your camera.
4. To stop, select Stop sharing in AVAY, or use the small bar your browser puts on screen while you are sharing.
